If you buy your ticket from Billettservice on line or on the telephone you will have 3 options. You can choose to have your ticket posted out to you or you can choose to pick it up from either a 7-Eleven or Narvesen within 3 days of purchase. Alternatively you can choose the ‘Ticketfast’ option and print your own ticket at home.
If you buy your ticket in person directly from a 7-Eleven or Narvesen you will be immediately issued with a ticket
No tickets will be available for collection at the event.
Whichever ticket type you choose, you must present the original ticket at the festival so that the unique barcode on the ticket can be scanned. Once you have your ticket in your possession you must look after it as if it were money because like banknotes it cannot be replaced if lost or left at home. You need to keep it safe, flat, dry and away from heat sources which may damage it.
You must take the actual ticket or ‘print at home’ ticket to the festival. A proof of purchase or booking confirmation e-mail will not gain you admittance to the festival. Please take care to ensure you do not accidentally leave your ticket at home.
